Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent; licensing requirements as specified.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, procedures, and collaborate with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
