Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Processes transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area; trains new tellers may be assisted.
• Opens new deposit accounts and handles stop payments, wire transfers, and maintenance within limits.
• Resolves customer problems and directs difficult issues to appropriate sources.
• Performs teller and FSR duties to grow and retain customer relationships.
