Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relations by providing high-quality customer service.
• Assist customers with opening/closing accounts and needs-based product recommendations.
• Perform teller duties daily and balance cash drawers.
• Process loans, wires, checks, and other financial transactions in a compliant manner.
• Maintain branch appearances, support lobby management, and participate in meetings.
