Responsibilities

• Open, close and maintain checking, savings, time deposits and IRAs.
• Assist clients with inquiries, maintenance and problem resolution.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Establish and maintain professional client relationships; protect privacy of account information.
• Process new accounts and changes; support area staff and management as needed.
