Job summary

Tech Dynamix in Painesville, OH is seeking a hands-on Web Specialist to manage client websites and our marketing site. You will work in WordPress with Elementor, perform SEO tweaks, and report results to clients and internal stakeholders.

You'll balance client website projects with internal marketing tasks, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain site health through updates and content edits. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Owner and GM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and maintaining websites in a CMS or page builder.
• Hands-on WordPress with themes, plugins, and a page builder.
• Strong SEO experience with measurable results.
• Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written English with ability to edit your own work.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• On-site, full-time work at the Painesville office.

Responsibilities

• Build client websites in WordPress themes, page builders, and comparable platforms.
• Maintain live client sites: content changes, plugin and platform updates, and the fixes nobody else is going to notice.
• Work directly with client business owners to gather what they need, show them options, and agree what is in scope.
• Run several client projects at once and hold the dates you committed to.
• Track your time against client work accurately, because some of it is billable and some is delivered under a managed services agreement.
• Keyword research and competitive analysis for client businesses.
• On-page work: titles, metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
• Local search: Google Business Profile, citations, and location pages.
