Job summary

Argano seeks a Technical Architect to lead the technical track on client engagements, defining architecture and evaluating new technologies for performance and scalability. You will guide teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with clients to tailor solutions using Argano tools and methodologies.

The role requires establishing architecture standards, leading complex projects, and presenting technical concepts to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Experience in client-facing roles with focus on client needs.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish Argano Technical Architecture practice and standard methodologies.
• Translate client business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document technical architecture for client projects with best practices.
• Research new technologies to improve performance and scalability.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders to explain complex concepts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Coach/mentor others to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Develop and migrate to new technologies; identify opportunities for automation.
• Coordinate and lead in project planning, analysis, design, and development of complex implementations.
• Suggest and document best practices for operational monitoring of interfaces.
• Present solutions to C-Level staff and tailor discussions to client contexts.
• Ensure design/solution is maintained and clearly communicated to users.
• Analyze workarounds and design extensions to meet requirements.
• Test processes with business users and resolve issues.
• Ensure coding standards and version control documentation align with Argano standards.
