Job summary

Freestyle is seeking a Marketing Strategist to lead client campaigns, build relationships, and oversee marketing, creative or advertising needs. You’ll set objectives to develop a cohesive strategy for our clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

The role requires 3–5 years in a marketing role and a bachelor’s degree. We offer a flexible, hybrid remote setup, competitive compensation, and 401k match.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in-house or agency setting.
• Experience as Account Manager/Marketing Strategist/Account Executive.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set specific marketing goals for client campaigns.
• Design and implement marketing strategies and target personas.
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics.
• Research market trends and generate innovative ideas for client brands.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Use client feedback to ensure satisfaction and campaign success.
• Manage client expectations on timelines and results.
• Write content for client assets (social posts, blogs, etc.).
• Prepare client invoices, proposals and marketing/media planning.
• Audit client and media billing sheets regularly.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Assist in developing new contracts for renewals and new business.
