Job summary

Americaneagle.com is seeking collaborative and proactive Project Managers to lead projects from contract signing through delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison between Americaneagle.com and clients while guiding projects through the system development lifecycle and helping establish long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or corporate environment.
• Ability to meet internal and client deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Experience with CMS or eCommerce platforms: Sitefinity, Sitecore, WordPress, Kentico, BigCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery of project milestones
• Track and measure project status throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage communication with clients through status calls, emails, and weekly status reports
• Ensure quality deliverables are produced and meet client expectations
• Manage project budgets, scope, backlogs, and change request processes
• Ensure project management best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee the timely completion and archiving of projects
• Manage project risks, blockers, and escalations
• Act as the liaison between clients and development teams
• Participate in kickoff, requirements gathering, status, demonstration, and training meetings with clients
