Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) in New York. You will own end-to-end execution of high-impact data and AI solutions, working with clients to understand challenges and deliver tailored architectures and applications.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel to client sites as needed to drive outcomes. You will join a team that values problem-solving, constant learning, and delivering value with data.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with up to 1 year of professional engineering experience.
• Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand problems and design data-driven solutions.
• Lead small teams from planning through implementation.
• Discuss architecture and establish team strategy.
• Wrangle large-scale data and code custom web applications.
• Engage with client executives to share progress and align on priorities.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues across functions to deliver value.
