Qualified candidates will have 2–4 years of litigation experience, familiarity with California state and federal courts and arbitration, and California bar membership.

Qualifications

• California bar membership is required.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing/analytical skills.
• 2–4 years of litigation experience with financial institution clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume significant responsibility in managing matters and directing strategy.
• Maintain a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
