Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Strong ability to lead client-facing teams and distill complex results into clear visuals.

Responsibilities

• Apply data science methods and analytics to real-world business challenges for clients.
• Partner with clients across multiple regions and industries to design and deploy AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership and author papers; lead conferences on behalf of the team.
• Lead projects with strong communication, bias toward action, and collaborative coding practices.
