Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Client Service Specialist to handle front desk administration and support one or more advisors with practice management and client experience initiatives.

We encourage licensing and provide training, mentoring, and licensing support to help you grow toward your full potential. In-office collaboration is emphasized with four days in the office and one day remote per week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
• Understanding of a financial advisor’s practice.

Responsibilities

• General administrative duties at front desk and support for advisors.
• Support practice management and client experience, including scheduling, data entry, and assisting with client/prospect meetings.
