Job summary

Scissors & Scotch Careers is seeking a Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to drive sales via exceptional service from the front door to the last drink. You’ll be the first and last impression, upsell, and build lasting guest relationships in a lively cocktail lounge setting.

This role blends hospitality with proactive sales, including membership and add-on services, while you manage check-ins and payments and help grow repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales or guest services is a plus.
• Ambitious, outgoing and sales-driven with a friendly attitude.
• Comfortable upselling and building rapport with guests.
