Job summary

Brightway in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to be the primary contact for clients and Agency Owners, delivering confident, supported, and protected insurance journeys. You’ll build long-term relationships, handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in customer service or client-facing roles, a bachelor’s or associate degree, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred but not required.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role strongly preferred.
• Insurance, risk management, or entrepreneurial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client requests via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Resolve questions and concerns efficiently while delivering a consistently positive experience.
• Accurately document client interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Proactively connect with clients to review policies and identify coverage needs.
• Educate clients on products and solutions that align with their goals and circumstances.
