Qualifications

• 1+ years of client‑facing or customer service experience.
• Attention to detail: complete requests and tasks accurately while following processes and meeting deadlines.
• Active listening to understand client needs and respond clearly.
• Building collaborative relationships with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Adaptability to changing priorities, client needs, and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
