Job summary

Savant Capital, LLC is seeking a Client Services Associate in Old Lyme, CT to support financial advisors and clients through organized administration, paperwork, and meeting coordination.

You will manage calls, prepare documents, maintain Salesforce records, assist with account openings, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree from accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven success in a client services/administrative support function in financial services, banking, or insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides first line of contact with clients and prospects with a professional approach.
• Prepares client paperwork and assists with account openings and correspondence.
• Schedules, coordinates meetings, and manages calls while updating Salesforce records.
• Maintains client information and documentation in Salesforce, and ensures accuracy of reports and documents.
• Supports Advisors and clients to ensure a seamless client experience.
