• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Python for developing enterprise applications and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Google Gemini Enterprise, Azure AI Services, AWS AI Services, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience developing applications using Generative AI technologies and integrating with large language models.

Job Description – CX AI Enablement Developer (Officer)

State Street Investment Management ("State Street IM," formerly known as State Street Global Advisors or SSGA) is seeking a hands-on software engineer to join the Emerging Technology and Transformation team in US with a focus on innovation and enablement. The individual will lead AI pilot programs with strategic vendors, identify, evaluate, and scale high-value AI opportunities, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and security standards.

The role includes developing applications leveraging modern AI technologies and contributing to the evaluation and adoption of Google Gemini Enterprise AI or similar platforms. Salary Range

$70,000 - $118,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
