Job summary

You’ll conduct surveys, outreach calls, and manage the weekly Acts of Kindness initiative while supporting referrals and reviews. In this role, you will be a voice for the client, coordinate gifting within budget, and collaborate with advisory teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Three Years of Client-Facing or Hospitality Experience.
• Exceptional Communication and emotional intelligence in client interactions.
• Strong ability to listen, empathize, and document conversations clearly.
• Experience using CRM systems to track interactions and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and prospects through warm, professional communication.
• Conduct client experience surveys and follow-up calls to improve service delivery.
• Collect testimonials and Google reviews that reflect the client experience.
• Handle client service calls with empathy and confidence.
• Identify referral opportunities and introduce the Ambassador Program when appropriate.
• Coordinate and follow up on referrals to ensure timely client outreach.
• Execute weekly Acts of Kindness through personalized notes and gifts.
• Support events and client communication via phone, text, and email.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the CRM system and update records.
