You will be the primary contact for client inquiries, account-related needs, and documentation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a high level of service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance or related field.
Experience in client service or wealth management preferred.
Knowledge of financial services processes and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and attention to detail, with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries and service requests promptly.
Provide accurate information on financial products, services, and account processes.
Assist with account opening, maintenance, transfers and related activities.
Monitor client accounts for accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and support client needs.
Support preparation and maintenance of financial plans with Advisors.
