Job summary

Financial Services of America is seeking a Client Ambassador Concierge to elevate and protect the client experience. This role is relationship-driven, not a call center, and focuses on gathering feedback, strengthening trust, and ensuring service excellence.

You will conduct surveys and proactive outreach to understand client experiences, act as the voice of the client, and support growth through testimonials, referrals, and ambassador initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three years of client-facing or hospitality experience.
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and active listening.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Comfort with CRM systems and documenting interactions.
• Financial services awareness or experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and prospects through warm, professional communication.
• Conduct client experience surveys and quality-control follow-up calls to improve service delivery.
• Collect testimonials, feedback, and Google reviews reflecting the client experience.
• Handle client service calls with empathy and confidence.
• Proactively identify referral opportunities and introduce the Ambassador Program when appropriate.
• Coordinate and follow up on referrals to ensure timely client outreach.
• Execute weekly Acts of Kindness through personalized notes and client gifting.
