Hightower Advisors in North Carolina seeks a Client Service Advocate to support a growing client base. You will handle high-volume service requests and coordinate with custodians, advisors, and trading managers to ensure smooth cash management and account openings.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality and a collaborative team approach, aligning with fiduciary standards and strong client care practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Box, Salesforce CRM and Black Diamond preferred; Schwab/Fidelity exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact, respond promptly and professionally.
• Schedule client meetings (virtual or in-person) and provide follow‑up.
• Process wires, ACH, and other client cash management requests.
• Verify legitimacy of client requests and coordinate with custodians.
• Support advisors and maintain accurate client documentation.
