Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) seeks a Client Experience Ambassador 2 to support clients, staff, and partners from our Lancaster Mental Health Outpatient office. This role focuses on proactive problem-solving, accurate documentation in the EHR, and ensuring a seamless journey from referral to service completion.

The position is full-time, requires collaboration in small interdisciplinary teams, and offers wage starting at $18.00/hour with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare office environment.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare office environments preferred.
• Able to multitask and flexible hours; travel for trainings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain client confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Enter new referrals into services and initial paperwork in the EHR.
• Manage day-of-service administrative processes from contact to completion.
• Coordinate authorizations to prevent service interruptions and denials.
