Job summary

CLA seeks an experienced payroll/HCM implementation leader to guide clients through sales and implementation, including discovery meetings, demonstrations, and system setup. You will drive successful payroll implementations with a focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing client activities, overseeing handoffs to payroll processing, coordinating timelines, troubleshooting issues, documenting customizations, and continuously improving processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll or HCM is required.
• ADP Workforce Now payroll experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; combination of experience may be accepted.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 7 years payroll or HCMS experience required. ADP Workforce Now payroll experience is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Certifications: CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Technical Competencies: Strong understanding of HCM/payroll. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
