Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Client Development Representative to strengthen client relationships, manage orders and drive revenue. You will serve as the main contact for client requests, ensure accurate billing and delivery details, and explore opportunities for expanding account services.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, effective communication, and collaboration with sales teams to deliver top-tier service across our Nashville area clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in service or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable, highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as primary contact for client requests including product changes and budgeting.
• Input and manage orders, billing profiles, and delivery notes.
• Identify revenue opportunities during routine client visits and through new proposals.

What You’ll Be Doing – The Role

• Maintain strong, proactive relationships with all assigned clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, including product changes, equipment needs, office moves, budgeting support, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records within company systems, including billing profiles, contacts, custom items, pricing, and delivery notes.
• Write and input all customer orders according to daily route schedules, including prewrites, inventory, email orders, and opt‑out orders.
• Handle and resolve customer opportunities and service issues; maintain a log of client activities to review weekly with the Branch Manager.
• Update, prepare, and present service agreements for renewal prior to expiration.
• Ensure pricing, terms, and product offerings are accurately reflected.
• Create proposals and presentations to expand account revenue through new products, add‑on equipment, and additional service channels.
• Conduct routine on‑site client visits to identify new revenue opportunities, confirm service levels, and strengthen relationships.
• Build and foster a network of referrals and provide leads for new business to Blue Tiger and First Choice sales representatives.
• Maintain an ongoing understanding of all products, equipment, and service offerings.
• Stay informed about competitor activities to better position Daiohs offerings.
• Assist with branch initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Support cross‑functional communication to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
