Job summary

Talbots is seeking a store associate in Greenville, NC to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster lasting relationships with clients. You will help customers, manage merchandising, and support service enhancements in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships both internally and externally.
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas including: Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards etc.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Engage with customers about current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire confidence.
