Job summary

Talbots in North Wales, PA is seeking a friendly, part-time Sales Associate to welcome customers and build lasting relationships. You will drive traffic, share fashion insights, and support store operations with a team-oriented mindset.

You are results-driven, possess excellent communication, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or clientelling experience is a plus; Talbots offers discounts and a positive, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas (Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards).
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs, with curiosity about customer needs.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire customers.
• Participate in community/store activities and events promoting the Talbots Brand.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
