Job Description

The Client Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing non‑promotional communication strategies that support business line objectives and drive customer engagement. This role leads complex communications initiatives with limited guidance, delivering customer‑centric, clear, compliant, and brand‑aligned communications across multiple channels. The position develops and executes communication strategies that support customer growth, retention, and engagement, while identifying and tracking key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and optimize outcomes.

Working collaboratively with product, sales, and technical partners, the Client Communications Manager ensures all initiatives align with business goals, comply with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies, and uphold brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to influence stakeholders, simplify complex business and technical information, and deliver effective communications to customers, partners, and executive audiences. The role will also help navigate resource, operational, and organizational priorities to successfully execute strategic communications programs.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

Location Expectations

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
