Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service. Previous banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Good interpersonal skills, good computer skills, ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, accurate, confidential service per SouthState Bank standards.
• Identifies customer needs and expands relationships through referrals.
• Processes transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts.
• Opens new deposit accounts and handles maintenance tasks within limits.
• Remains compliant with banking regulations and security procedures.
• Balances transactions daily and maintains a neat work area.
