Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service. Previous banking experience preferred.
• Specific Knowledge: Good interpersonal skills, good computer skills, ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Process transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle service requests (stop payments, wire transfers, etc.).
• Explain policies and procedures to customers and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and uphold security procedures.
