Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or cancelling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge—partnering with branch team members to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs, in line with bank policies.
