Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients; volunteering, education, or military experience acceptable.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high touch client experience.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying needs.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions while recommending appropriate options.
• Utilizes knowledge of banking products to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Identifies and escalates non-standard issues following policy and procedure.
