Job summary

SEV SKIN in Irvine, CA seeks a frontline sales and client-engagement specialist to promote services, packages, and products while ensuring excellent client experiences. You will drive sales, educate clients on treatments and pricing, and maintain a polished front desk with accurate check-in, checkout, and booking activities.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, reliability, and weekend availability, with opportunities for professional growth within a growing aesthetics

• Complete opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean front-desk area.
• Support inventory, training, and team onboarding as needed.

What You’ll Do

Sales and Client Engagement

• Promote SEV SKIN services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.

Front Desk and Client Experience

• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV SKIN’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.

Clinic and Team Support

• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV SKIN’s service and selling standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by operational or clinical leadership.
