Job summary

Green Beagle Lodge in Pittsboro, NC is seeking a full-time Client Care Associate to welcome clients and their pets, provide exceptional service in person, on the phone, and by email, and help manage reservations and accounts.

You will work with our Pet Care, Grooming, and Training teams; handle dogs of all sizes; maintain records; and support sales. We offer training, opportunities for growth, and a welcoming, pet-focused environment.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Passion for dogs and pet care is a huge plus!

Job description

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to meet the needs of the business. Candidates should be available to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for animals, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for every client. The work is fast-paced and requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask while interacting with dogs ranging from 5 to 150 pounds.
