What You’ll Do

As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll guide clients from application through closing, ensuring every step of the process is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

• Guiding clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care.
• Collecting and organizing required documentation.
• Coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting.
• Providing regular updates so all parties know exactly where the loan stands.
