Job summary

Qualifications

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
  • Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
  • Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
  • Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
  • Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel/overnights as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions; handle complex tasks with assistance.
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
  • Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
  • Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
  • Participate in Retail Leadership routines and branch activities.
  • Pursue ongoing product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
  • Adhere to policies, controls, and risk procedures with up-to-date guidance.
  • Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, handling workload per branch needs.
