Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout audits
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of client audits
• Gather, review, and deliver audit materials on time
• Ensure communications and documentation meet client expectations
• Oversee corrective action plans from findings
• Monitor compliance trends and drive process improvements
• Develop training and guidance on audit requirements
• Provide reports and recommendations to leadership
