Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a data‑driven professional to lead analytics workstreams that shape go‑to‑market strategy, client segmentation, campaign targeting, and field execution.

You will partner with Distribution leadership, marketing, product, data science and technology to frame business questions, develop scalable analytics solutions, and drive adoption of insights across the organization. This role requires building dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Snowflake, AWS and Python, and

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in a quantitative, business, finance, economics, analytics, statistics, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or related discipline
• Advanced coursework, certifications, or demonstrated experience in analytics, database management, data visualization, data engineering, machine learning, or financial markets is preferred
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and practical adoption plans

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of sales, ownership, client, and market data to define business problems and opportunities
• Own and advance components of the sales analytics roadmap
• Define, monitor, and measure client segmentation, campaign targeting, and strategy execution efforts
• Develop, manage, and own high-impact projects from problem definition to adoption
• Partner with multiple teams to design dashboards, data products, and automated insights
• Build trusted relationships to influence data-driven decision making
