Job summary

US Enhanced Personnel in Omaha is seeking a Client Advocate to provide essential support to a team of financial advisors and tax preparers. You will assist with client-facing needs, prepare materials for meetings, and help keep day-to-day tasks organized and moving forward.

A major focus is delivering a high level of service and creating a strong client experience while resolving complex financial matters. This is a full-time hybrid role with one preset day per week to work from home.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning of new software.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial advisors and tax professionals by preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.
  • Ensure client documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for meetings.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and assist with questions, financial products, and service-related issues.
  • Work with business partners to resolve client concerns involving financial services and account maintenance.
  • Track tasks, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with preparing financial plans and tax documents by gathering information.
  • Follow internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Handle daily administrative responsibilities, including scheduling meetings and answering client calls.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. The role is primarily in-office with the flexibility to work from home one preset day per week.

Position Overview
