Job summary

The Joseph Group is seeking a Team Leader/Client Advisor to guide an advisory team and oversee the full client relationship lifecycle. You will implement TJG's end-to-end financial planning model and drive client satisfaction through proactive leadership.

You will coordinate with attorneys and accountants, manage business development, and contribute to investment dialogue while upholding TJG’s core values and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and client relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities while coaching a team.
• CFP designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Advisory Team and oversee client relationships.
• Conduct regular team meetings, 1-on-1s, and coaching plans.
• Oversee business development and new client acquisition.
• Execute TJG's full-service financial planning model (TJG Way).
• Coordinate with outside advisors (attorneys, accountants).
• Articulate TJG investment strategies to clients and support investment discussions.
