Qualifications

• Pursuing CPA license upon graduation; accounting majors are preferred, though other majors may be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations for multiple clients.
• Help manage AP/AR communications and organize vendor invoices.
• Support vendor payment processing and inquiries; maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare AR invoice documentation and organize customer payment information.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects; participate in meetings and client visits.
