Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in New York is seeking a Client Advisor to serve as a trusted ambassador of the brand, delivering best-in-class client service while achieving individual sales goals. The role focuses on cultivating meaningful client relationships, leveraging product expertise and selling ceremonies to contribute to boutique performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of luxury retail experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the brand.
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through strong communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, computers, and all other office equipment.
• Can stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Responsible for store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises, as needed.

Job description

The Client Advisor acts as a trusted ambassador of the brand, responsible for delivering best-in-class client service while achieving individual sales goals. This role focuses on cultivating meaningful client relationships, leveraging product expertise and selling ceremonies, and contributing to boutique performance through a strategic, client-centric approach.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $22-$24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
