Role Description

The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects Vince’s luxury standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and engaging clients, understanding their style preferences, recommending products, and providing personalized service to drive sales and build long-term relationships. The Client Advisor supports store operations by maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing fitting rooms, processing transactions, and assisting with inventory processes. This role collaborates closely with the store team to meet sales goals, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold Vince’s brand values through professional, service-oriented conduct.

Qualifications

• Client-facing skills including Client Relations and Customer Service to build trust and long-term loyalty.
• Customer-focused abilities such as Customer Satisfaction and Insurance-related support (if applicable to store services or policies).
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, teammates, and management.
• Previous experience in retail sales, luxury fashion, or a similar client advisory environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic computer applications; strong attention to detail and reliability.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful client interactions.
