Job summary

BrightCover in the United States is seeking a Client Advisor to work with inbound customers to finalize insurance purchases, offer coverage recommendations, and identify opportunities to bundle additional policies. This role operates in a high-volume sales environment, delivering accurate, efficient, and consultative service to customers actively seeking coverage.

You will engage with quotes, assess customer needs, guide policy selection, process applications, and maintain CRM records.
