Job summary

Hendrick Acura in Charlotte seeks a customer-focused Client Advisor to greet customers, determine vehicle needs, and demonstrate features. You will prepare sales paperwork, including pricing and trade-ins, and coordinate delivery and registration with financing as needed.

The role requires automotive knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to research model availability while pursuing business development. Expect a busy, customer-centric environment with CSI targets.
