The Wood Agency Life is seeking a 100% remote life insurance sales contractor. You will help families understand coverage options, guide them through the application, and navigate licensing if needed. You will work with exclusive leads and receive mentorship from agency leadership.

As an independent contractor (1099), you will match families to carriers and manage the sales process end-to-end, with ongoing training and support to stay compliant with state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, support, or call-centre work where listening came first.
• Ability to explain options in plain language and guide customers to a decision.

What you'll actually do

• Keep learning products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training

Who this is a fit for

• Experience in customer service, support, or call-center work where listening came first
• Patient explaining unfamiliar details more than once without sounding rehearsed
• Comfortable guiding someone from questions to a decision
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state
• A computer, a phone, and reliable internet
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
