Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking a Client Accounting Services Intern for in-person duties in Orem, UT, January–April 2027. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience with client accounting, payroll reports, and year-end processes under experienced professionals.

You will need to be working toward a degree in Accounting, demonstrate attention to detail, and commit to deadlines while upholding client confidentiality. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff in working with clients to assess general accounting needs.
• Support the preparation of reports, returns and other documents, including payroll reports and financial statements.
• Prepare accounting-related reports in a paperless environment.
• Assist in the month-end process for clients.
• Code and complete data entry of bank statements and other bookkeeping transactions.
• Provide backup support to other accounting services personnel and their clients.
