PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts payable / cash disbursements processing, accounts receivable / cash receipts processing, and payroll processing or coordination. Supports multiple clients’ accounting functions. Completes non-complex account reconciliations to be reviewed by Consulting and Outsourcing Senior, Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO. Works as a team member in meeting the needs of the office staff, principals and clients. With guidance, provides excellent client service to help clients reach their goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred. General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data. Willingness to learn new technologies. Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

Compensation

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact the position of pay within the range. The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $21.00 - $27.00 (#LI-JL2)
