Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary Critical Care
• Advanced bronchoscopy training (radial probe, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), navigational bronchoscopy, etc.)
• Interest in lung nodule diagnosis and treatment, and participation in our FINDER Program (Focused Identification of Risk-Enhanced Diagnosis and Evaluation of Lung Nodules) is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care, including ICU management, pulmonary procedures, and consultations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (intensivists, hospitalists, other specialists) to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain patient‑centered care, upholding evidence‑based medicine and highest standards of patient safety and outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement projects, committee work, and departmental growth initiatives
• Possibly assume leadership opportunities within the department
