Job summary

StandardAero in Miami, FL is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to help ensure timely inbound and outbound aviation parts. You will manage receiving and shipping, verify part numbers, inspect shipments, and prepare labels, documentation, and export filings.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand part of the shift, and forklift operation with safety PPE. Join a team focused on precision, safety, and on-time delivery in a fast‑paced aviation

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for at least 10% of the shift.
• Ability to stand for at least 50% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving and shipping of parts and materials, ensuring accurate system transactions and documentation.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and generate discrepancy or damage reports as required.
• Verify customer documentation and part numbers to ensure accuracy and compliance with work orders.
• Distribute incoming materials to appropriate departments and return completed parts to shipping for final processing.
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and export filings while coordinating instructions with Customer Service.
• Package materials using best practices to ensure safe transport back to customers.
• Maintain shipping supply inventory, perform local deliveries, and follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Operate a forklift.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you’ll have responsibility in ensuring incoming materials are routed properly and our finished product is sent back to our customers in a timely manner.
