CGS Administrators, a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield, is seeking a data integrity specialist to verify and correct indexed data in our environment. This full-time, on-site role operates Mon-Fri 8am-5pm at 26 Century Blvd, Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills for appeals.
• Ability to document appeals resolutions.
• Experience with processing claims.
• Experience handling second-level reviews.

Responsibilities

• Make corrections to ensure data reflects the original source.
• Prepare productivity reports and participate in special projects.
• Assist in special projects as assigned.

This role is located on-site at 26 Century Blvd, Suite 610, Nashville, TN 37214.What You’ll Do:Verify the accuracy and quality of the data entered into the indexing system.
